Reverse stock splits and stock splits
Reverse stock splits and forward splits announced by US-listed companies, newest first. Each story gives the ratio, the date shares start trading on a split-adjusted basis, and what happens to fractional shares, from the company's SEC filing.
A reverse split doesn't change what a holding is worth on its own: holders end up with fewer shares at a proportionally higher price. Companies often do one to keep a $1 minimum bid price for their listing.
