About Zintick

Fast, plain-English coverage of US-listed companies, built on primary sources.

Zintick explains why US stocks move, what companies disclose to the SEC, and what insiders and analysts are doing. We pay particular attention to small and mid-sized companies that get little coverage elsewhere.

Every article starts from the record: SEC filings, reported company figures and market data, with links to the original documents so you can check them yourself. How articles are produced and checked is set out in our editorial standards.

Who runs Zintick

Kratik Mehta, co-founder and editor, is responsible for what Zintick publishes: our editorial standards, corrections and the business. Articles are produced by our automated system under those standards and carry the "Zintick Team" byline; when a person has reviewed one before it was published, the article names them.
