Privacy

We collect as little as we can. In short:

• No tracking. No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no cookies.
• No accounts. You can read everything without signing up, and we never ask for payment details.
• Newsletter. If you give us your email address, we use it only to send the newsletter. Before the first issue we'll ask you to confirm, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We don't sell or share your address.
• Page speed. A small share of page views report how fast the page loaded and responded (for example, "loaded in 2.1 seconds") to our own server, with the type of page. We store only those numbers: no address, device details or anything else about you.
• Abuse protection. To stop automated scraping we count requests per IP address for a short time (at most two days for addresses that claim to be search-engine crawlers). Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs.
